You, holder of personal data, can, at any time, request SAIL: (i) confirmation of the use and access to Personal Data; (ii) rectification of incomplete, inaccurate or outdated data; (iii) anonymization, blocking or deletion of data in circumstances of unnecessary, exaggerated use or non-compliant with applicable legislation; (iv) portability of Personal Data to another service provider, as long as it does not affect our industrial, scientific and/or commercial secrets; (v) deletion of Personal Data treated with the Consent of the Holder, to the extent permitted by Law; (vi) information about the Public and Private Entities with which data was shared; (vii) information about the possibility of not providing consent and about the consequences of the refusal; (viii) revocation of consent; (ix) being able to contact and oppose the treatment of your personal data and, if possible, we will cease the treatment of your personal data.
To this end, SAIL has appointed Mr. André P. Alves as Data Protection Officer (DPO) to comply with data protection laws and protect your personal data from possible risks of data leakage or unauthorized access.
